Life and death are in the power of words.
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue. And those who love it and indulge it will eat its fruit and bear the consequences of their words.” Proverbs 18:21
The words we speak have the power to speak death or life to someone’s life.
We can speak those very same good or bad words to ourselves because the first internal voice we hear every day is our own.
The power of death is to self-sabotage our own ability to do certain things in our lives instead of being our own cheerleader.
The power of life is to tell ourselves we can do the very same things we try to talk ourselves out of with encouragement. It gives us the strength to persevere.
We have the power to create our lives with the power of words.
